IBD note: I suspect this is a local deal because the bank does not allow to open an account online. However, since it is always possible that a bank can allow opening an account by mail or over the phone, I would like to keep the bonus on this board for now. Also, I do not take into account the $50 "refer a friend" bonus and $25 "Auto pay on a new loan" bonus.
