Chase has an online application for this one. However, the application may not work for you if you get an expired coupon message. In that case, just apply over the phone through the toll free number given with the message. A couple of more things to note, first confirm that the coupon code on the application screen is the same as the link you're taken to. If the number is different, the system may not allow you to change it and you'll have to phone in the application. Finally if applying by phone, the agent will ask you for an offer number.
