and we will automatically reimburse other financial institutions' and/or ATM operators' surcharges. For Free Checking

accounts, PNC Bank charges apply for use of another financial institution's or ATM operator's ATMs. Additionally, other

financial institutions and/or ATM operators may charge for using their ATMs. PNC will reimburse these fees at the end of each

statement cycle when the average monthly balance in the Free Checking account is $2,000 or more. Fees for savings or money

market transactions will not be reimbursed regardless of account balance.
